This is a neat trick you can play in Lamer who has a big ego, in this section will teach you how to disable Disable the Shut Down dialog box. This trick involves editing the registry, so please make backups.
Run regedit.exe and go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
In the right pane for a key NoClose. If not then make a right click in the right pane and select New> String Value (Call to NoCloseKey) Now when you see NoCloseKey in the right pane, right click and select Modify .. Then type 1 in Value data.
Is the Win98 system to disable the Shut Down option to Shut Down dialog box. However, if the value NoCloseKey Win95 machine is set to 1, and then click Start> Shut Down button displays the following error message:
This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact your system administrator.
