How to change Drive Letter In window XP

When you drive on your computer as an additional hard drive, a CD player or
storage device that corresponds to a disk, Windows will automatically know letters to the
units.

However, this task can not be compatible with the system, for example,
mapped network drive for the same letter that Windows knows to a new station.

When The drive letters changed, follow these steps:

· Legal-click My Computer and select Manage.

• In Computer Management, click Disk Management. In the right pane, you see
the listed units. CD-ROM is at the bottom of the box.

· Legal-click the drive or device you want to change and click Change Drive
Letter and roads.

• Click Change, click Assign the following drive letter, click the drive letter
be filled, and then click OK.
